Withdrawing funds

How to withdraw

- Navigate to your Account page and click "Withdraw"
- Specify your currency and amount

For crypto withdrawals you will need to provide a wallet address, while for USD withdrawals you will be prompted to specify your bank details.

We cover the blockchain network fees.

Pending withdrawals

Withdrawals can take up to 24 hours to be processed as this is currently handled manually for security purposes.

Converting funds

If you would prefer to withdraw your funds in a different currency to the currency you currently hold, just email contact@verse.works with your Verse username and preferred currency, and we will convert them for you before you initiate a withdrawal.

You can choose from USD, USDC, ETH, XTZ and SOL.
